Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

All orders on PRE-ORDER status are assigned an Inventory at the time of purchase.

1) Cancellation of any order under PRE-ORDER status within 24 hours of purchase will have a 3% transaction fee.

2) Cancellation of any order under PRE-ORDER status after 24 hours of purchase will have a 5% transaction fee plus $100 restocking fee.

3) Cancellation of ANY order under transit status will have a 5% transaction fee, $150 rerouting fee, and $100 restocking fee.
