All products are covered by manufacturer Warranty Policies
ELECTRIC BICYCLES: Broken parts and/or components at the moment of delivery must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. Otherwise it will not apply for replacement. If bikes are received with defects and or parts/components needing repair, any expense incurred in fixing the bike at a local shop at the owners discretion will not be reimbursed unless it has been previously reported, discussed and agreed between the owner and Hautland.com.
Hautland.com or any related party and/or manufacturer is not responsible for accidental damages caused by (and not limited to) human action, improper use of the bike, and/or any other circumstance leading to damage of the bike.
